Your discount is based on the total amount you ordered and kept after possible returns during ESN Week from 28 June to 08 July 2026. Multiple orders will be added together. You will only receive the discount for the highest tier reached.
Yes, as long as you still reach a discount tier after deducting your returns. Only products you keep count towards the calculation. Shipping costs and deposits are not included. For example, if you reach at least €100 after possible returns, you will receive a €10 discount. Below €100, no discount will be issued.
